From Katina Hazimihalis Stamos: Does anyone have any snack suggestions for a 17 month old. I should mention that she is on double honey thickened liquids due to aspiration up, down and silent. Laryngomalacia, tracheomalacia, severe reflux, dysphagia and FT are just a few of her diagnosis. I feel like we are at a stand still. I dont want this gtube in her forever. She is on a high calorie diet of pediasure both by mouth and through tube. And she eats stage 2 puréed foods. She wont eat any textured food unless its crunchy and feels safe like crackers etc. We go through periods of ups and downs with her eating and Im trying to help her jump past this hurdle. What should I try I feel like Ive tried every snack allowed and Im running out of ideas........
