From Marie Jackson Abraham-Hicks tells us “A happy life is just a string of happy moments. But most people don’t allow for a happy moment because they’re too busy trying to get a happy life.” A lot of us have been guilty of this at one point or another in our lives, careers or marriages, obsessing over a goal or objective so we can “be happy.” Our well-being became dependent on a job, a mate, a number on a paycheck or scale. The over-orchestration lead to anxious distraction, minimizing those happy moments along the way; we got tedious and one-dimensional. Happy moments with our spouses, children or workmates can go unnoticed or lessened when see them as unimportant, an interruption taking us “off message” or “off agenda.” When we realize that this happiness is our message and agenda, we can allow the energy to shift. Our priorities can get right again. Happiness is waiting for us in every moment and every encounter. The best gift we can ever give each other is a happy memory. Much love to All,
