From Matt Rudkin WSBT: While there are still some nice storms out there (quite a light show for many of you), the threat of severe weather is diminishing. There is still a severe thunderstorm watch in effect, but its likely that gets cancelled before 5am. Gusty winds and large hail threat is decreasing, although you may still see some pea-sized hail from time to time. Ill be in the forecast center until Cari gets in, but if youve been up most of the night, you can sleep well knowing the threat for severe thunderstorms continues to dwindle. Good luck sleeping, though... still lots of lightning and thunder along with heavy rain. :)
