From Melissa - Friends, Ive been silent because Ive been so gripped with fear. We have some small victories this morning that we are thanking God for. Bowen is not out of the woods by any means, but he is a fighter and he is fighting. I asked one of the doctors this morning if he was encouraged and he said I was encouraged this morning when I got here and he was still with us. Specific prayer needs: for the fluid in his lungs to continue to decrease, for his kidneys to regain normal function and that the lasix they are giving him will help the fluid to come off his body, for his coagulates (stuff that makes your blood clot) will continue to improve, for all of us to have peace and to put our hope and trust in the Lord like we proclaim to do. Fear is not of God, the enemy has no place here. Thank you all for supporting us through prayer, we just beg you to continue to do so.
