From Meteorologist Don Paul: Confidence is growing that a strong storm system will be near us by Christmas Eve and Christmas, but confidence is lower on the storms impacts. Most likely as of now would be for some rain, possibly soaking rain, reaching us by Wednesday, with a gusty, warming SE wind. During late Christmas Eve night, a transition to Snow would occur, probably accompanied by strong winds and potentially tough travel on Christmas Day. More at 5, 5:30 & 6.
