From Mrs. Haynes - I usually do not open up to anyone, but my hubby...Im feeling very humbled and blessed as always and would like to express myself. After joining the Army in 1997 a few months later my life turned upside down when I received a phone call in Texas that my beautiful mom had passed unexpectedly. I felt like I had a huge hole in my heart that couldnt be repaired. Being 18 years old and left with a 16 year old brother I didnt understand why us. As time passed by I continued to hurt and pray and asking God why. People began to appear in my life some good and some bad, but I can remember all the ones that had great intentions. I had gotten to a point where I didnt want to date anyone or even deal with anyone at all. One day one of my friends begged me to meet this guy(my handsome hubby) against my wishes so I did. He didnt want to date anyone because he had just gotten out a relationship, but we both decided to try out a date. Who new we were both going to be from Georgia and small towns only miles away from each other. My life started a new chapter from putting God first, dating, to marriage, career progression, blessing of healthy kids, having a home, communicating, compromising, value every minute, allowing him to be the head of our household, and much more. I want to personally thank my husband for all he does for me and our Family daily. Its not easy being the only man in a house with three ladies. Happy Anniversary hubby and thank you all for the kind shout outs. Family and Friends means a lot to Team Haynes! My mother always told me that God was going to send me someone that was going to take care of me and she was right! Love you Linda Brinkley Searles..R.I.P😘
