From: Nathan Just a quick question. What are you thoughts on hunting to save on the grocery bill? Tawra: Its great if you are going to do it for a sport and then eat the meat but I dont think it really saves money. You have to add up the gas, fees, food, motel, processing costs etc. It might be cheaper to do that but I havent seen anyone get below $3 a pound which is average for meat now.
