Please supply details of the following: 1. How many one bedroom social housing properties do are available to let in the area ? 2. How many social housing tenants are deemed to be under-occupying, and needing one bed accommodation? 3. How many people are already on the social housing waiting list for one bedroom properties? Please state how many of these are sheltered accommodation Q1. As an authority we are not a stock holding authority so will be unable to advise on the number of 1 bedroom properties that the registered social landlords own. Q2. As an authority we are not a stock holding authority so will be unable to advise on the number of Registered Social Landlord tenants that are under-occupying and require a 1 bedroom property,. Q3. - Currently on the housing register we have 1703 members who have requested a 1 bedroom property. Note this figure includes both social housing tenants and non-social housing tenants.
