From Southern Recipes: Peach Pound Cake 4 Cups Flour (self rising) 3Cups Sugar 2 Cups Butter (soften) 1/2Cup Milk 1/2Cup Peach Schnapps 6 Eggs 2TSP Vanilla 21/2Cups Peaches (diced) Preheat 325 In a large bowl combine sugar and butter cream well.Add milk, schnapps and flour slowly mix slowly and beat well. Beat on high speed for 2 minutes pour into a 10 inch greased tube pan. Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Glaze 1/3cup Peach puree 2/3 Cup Sugar 2 Tbsp Peach Brandy 1 Tbsp Butter Combine all ingredients in a saucepan cook over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Drizzle over hot cake until it absorbs the glaze.
