From Taos Sangha: July 2014 Offerings July 9th: Wednesday at 6:30. Meditation and talk in a continuing series led by Sean Murphy. Sean has been a Buddhist practitioner for more than 20 years, including many periods of monastic training. He teaches seminars in writing, meditation, and creativity for many organizations and is the founder of the Creativity and Consciousness program at the University of New Mexico in Taos. He is the author of the American Zen chronicle One Bird, One Stone, as well as three novels. His Hope Valley Hubcap King won the Hemingway Award for a First Novel. Meditation and dharma talk “Empty Phenomena Rolling On” led by Valerie Roth. July 30th: Wednesday at 6:30. Jean Admire will lead sitting meditation followed by TEA & TREATS. Sangha members are invited to bring a treat to share during social time after meditation.
