Barnes and myself by the Tasmanian police department backed by local magistrates. I do understand that said persecution is unseen by your officers who remain oblivious to the fact that both of us are living within our legal rights and that the activities of your officers and prosecutorsare illegal and treasonable, albeit they presently do not comprehend this fact. Neither does the presiding magistrate Marron. As you are aware, any activity of man PROVEN to be in contravention of THE LAW has a consequence. Regrettably the activity of which I speak is in reference of the Freedom of Religion aspect and thus involving the ideological BELIEF of an individual. In the scope of this letter, the individuals are being denied their Rightswithin the Constitution of Australia & Tasmania. It is an offence having the most serious consequences known to those who perpetrate said injurious and treasonable activity. Presently your Launceston prosecutors are treating Mrs. Barnes and her defence submissions with contempt and ridicule displayed openly in the Court. The prosecutor on the case does not even believe that it is worth his time to even read or consider the defence submission. This is a dereliction of duty as well as being the taking of a false wage. It is not a laughing matter Sir, albeit the prosecutor sees it as such. I do see very dire consequences for all complicit hence this notice to you. The judgement on Mrs. Barnes case is due on 8th August in Launceston. It could go against her due to ignorance on the part of both the prosecutor and magistrate in respect of their mandate of authority over this case and due to her being tried on false charges based on subordinate rules. The rules being presented to the magistrate by the prosecutor are overruled by the Constitution of both the Tasmanian and Commonwealth Constitutions. I add: Magistrate Marron should state to the police prosecutor: I have considered your complaint, and since this case is a Constitutional matter please redirect your complaint to either the Federal or the High Court because, any dispute involving onesconscience, or ideological belief and thus Religion is a Constitutional matter and is outside of my JURISDICTION. As this nature of persecution has been ongoing for a considerable time, (15 years) and as prior magistrates have totally ignored my own pleas to at least consider my defence and have jailed me four times, I can only assume that the police have been given incorrect advice by their legal advisory team. This false advice as well as ignorance on the part of everyone concerned may well be the cause of the illegal activity taking place. I can simply do my best to alert everyone to the seriousness of the situation before those taking a wage to SERVE the community become victims of their owncriminal activities. As a police officer you are also aware of the fact that ignorance of THE LAW is NO excuse. I shall be sending a copy of this letter to the magistrates office so that they also have a little time to consider whether or not the Constitutional authority has any muscle or whether police officers can simply continue to IGNORE theiroperational mandate granted unto them by IT. Please advise your officers to NOT interfere in my life unless I FACTUALLY disturb the peace of the land. My CONCERN is for the officers on the beat who are unknowingly being used bylegislation to mistreat civilians & cause I have today brought the matter to the notice of the Crown via the Governor-general. Dear Governor-General, I wish to alert the Constitutional Authority to the fact that there is soon to be civil unrest of unprecedented proportions within the Australian community for reasons known ONLY by myself. I also wish to alert the Crown that this unrest is going to be exacerbated by theillegal activities of armed police who are already causing civil unrest due to their total ignorance as to their Constitutional rights or otherwise and due to theirpresent illegal interaction with peaceful members of the Tasmanian and Australian mainland communities. This outreach is not a complaint because I am not seeking the punishment of the offenders. I am simply seeking forthem to be alerted to the facts of the matter so that they can amend their obnoxious ways before they find themselves in very deep water indeed. I make a few stated facts below and believe that those concerned need to have their activities halted until such time as THE Constitutional AUTHORITY has looked into the matter in an appropriate manner so that everyone concerned learnsas to what is the factual extent of theirmandate to interfere in the lives of the peaceful in respect of the Constitution and/or latter day political decrees. I give a few proven facts below: 1 - Police & Judiciary in Tasmania are exceeding The executive power of the Commonwealth vested unto them by the Constitution. 2 - Police & Judiciary in Tasmania are using subordinate rules latter day rules in the local magistrates court tosubvert the course of justice. 3 - Police prosecutors & magistrates in Tasmania simply ignore the Constitutional Rights of citizens because: a) Through ignorance or arrogance they choose to usurp the Constitution or - b) They are receiving erroneous advice from legal experts who give them the false belief that the Constitutional Freedom of Religion clause is now invalid or voidable and of no authoritytoday in a secular world or - c) They and/or their legal advisors are misconstruing and misinterpreting the true meaningof the words contained in the sentence TEXT deliberately or otherwise. Either way it does not make their decisions RIGHT and it simply places all complicit into the category of being; treasonable anarchists needing correctionbecause their activities are illegal and criminal. 4 - Police & Judiciary in Tasmania arewaging civil war upon peaceful membersof the Tasmanian community for the purpose of: a) Extortion of money backed by the illegal use of force. b) Endeavouring by threat, coercion, enticement and falseimprisonment to force people to change their religious ideology from the one of absolute pacifismto that of condoning and supporting civil unrest or 5 - The above activities are a direct contravention of the civil RIGHTS granted unto those who do not disturb the peace of the land who are factually guaranteedimmunity from persecution and protectionby said Constitutional Authority (Military Might - The Queens Army) This conflict of ideological belief is soon to cause civil unrest due to theintimidation, interference, control and subjugation of people going about their daily business in a peaceful manner. Part V - General provisions - Religious freedom 46. (1) Freedom of conscience and the free profession and practice of religion are,subject to public order and moralityguaranteed to every citizen (2) No person shall be subject to any disabilityor be required to take any oath on account of his religion or religious belief. The Tasmania act does in fact also apply to every state in Australia. Your Excellency, as you are the Australian representative of her majesty the QUEEN with the job of upholding the Constitution, I need to remind you that: If the Earthly Sovereign Power (mortal Queen or King) truly BELIEVE that theirauthority stems from God and/or the Constitution of their INSTITUTION and, - - - said authority grants THEM the Power to RULE Gods children, then they and ALL their serving officers, be they politicians, police, magistrates or armed services militia, they need to CONSIDER that said AUTHORITY granted by God THE FATHERis LIMITED to and by the FREEDOM OF RELIGION clause of said Constitution.
