From Tripadvisor : Hi All It seems Bali Indulgence (Chivonne Betts) has done a runner with money belonging to many people who believed they have booked with a reputable agent. Lots of people have lost money they gave to this person for air fares, hotel bookings etc etc. This runs into many thousands of dollars for these people who have booked their entire holidays through this person. Bali Indulgence used to have a Facebook Page but this has been deleted and Chivonne Betts is uncontactable. There are hundreds of people trying to find this person who has scammed them into parting with their hard earned money. This is a terrible thing to happen to anyone who has saved and saved for their dream holiday. PLEASE be very, very careful who you book your holiday with! There are many, many people who have set themselves up as travel agents with their own Facebook Pages and they have absolutely no licence to do so - you will have no recourse ( or will find it extremely difficult) and will not be able to get your money back if things turns sour as they have in this case. Please, please, please make sure you book only with licensed travel agents!
