From Tuesday the 6th of August there will be a slight change to the Tuesday timetable. The class will start as normal at 7.30pm but instead of the beginners finishing at 9.30pm along with the intermediate students, they will finish at 9.00pm. The structure of the class will look like this. 7.30 - Light warm up 7.35 - Siu Nim Tau form 7.45 - Beginners work on basic self defence techniques while intermediate and advanced students work on classical applications of the forms. 8.10 - Lat Sau drills 8.35 - Either padwork or stress training (Alternating each week) 9.00 - The class finishes for beginners From 9.00 until just after 9.30, intermediate and advanced students work on their Cham Kiu form and Chi Sau and advanced student work on their Biu Tze form and advanced Chi Sau for another hour. Saturdays class will remain the same with beginners/intermediate and advanced students training together from 1-3pm and advanced students training for an extra hour after that. Finally, beginners will not miss out on anything by only training 90 minutes on Tuesdays. They will cover the same material that they do on Saturday but a little more intensively and maybe a little more time efficiently.
