From UPLB. Ive never been this patient on my neighbors. Yesterday, I wasnt able to go home and share the weekend with my sister who goes home so rarely. I got this bad headache when I was supposed to get up to prep for departure just because the kiddo neighbors had an inuman session that lasted at around 4am, and I hadnt got enough sleep. I so want to name drop the org, really. How can kids be so insensitive about other people these days? These kiddos are just visitors, yes, but this is not the first time that a ruckus of a party had happened in that house, with the same original resident that Ive talked to (in diplomatic terms) several times before. Been thinking about letting it pass, but I think this is way too overboard. Should I write a letter to that neighbor or to the Office of the Student Affairs (OSA)? This is somehow related to student welfare, right? Could you imagine drunk kids going home on the wee hours of the morning, especially with the notoriety of our surroundings for crime? Geez.
