From a NYC rider: NYC horse people read carefully! Under DeBlasio if you needed footing or a new fence for the bridle path you would have to raise money for other parks as well. Every project will cost more money. With every project the city will distance itself from its responsibility to maintain its park land. Why if park support groups are raising private dollars to fix the cities park do they need this additional tax on their efforts? Keep our parks flourishing.
