From a block and a half away, I watch a dumbass start meandering across the street against the light. He looks up, sees my car bearing down on him, no sign of slowing. Sudden realization, limbs pick up the pace, but no! No quickly enough! He breaks into a trot, eyes narrowed, focused on maintaining his cool, even as he clutches at his trousers like a 19th century gentlewoman in her petticoats, and yet they persist in their migration south. Now. Thats entertainment.
