From a concerned citizen THE contractor is even bewildered by the level of environmental insensitivity ....displayed by the MOMBASA RULERS! NEMA sleeping on the job ! The County government should move with haste and rehabilitate Mwembe Tayari Market, where they can hosT hundreds of thousands of hawkers! Instead what do they do ? They connive a clever project to build 3x4 ft tin kiosks on UHURU GARDEN FRONTAGE! Obstructing air flow and creating an eyesore of momentous proportions, uproot exotic flora and generally create an environmental nuisance and disaster... that will create security issues and deny thousands of Mombasa residents and visitors their only recreational facility in town....! And then they will move and OCCUPY! sooner than later. PLEASE MOMBASANS TELL THE GOVERNOR TO STOP THIS, NOW!
