From a customer dear seller, the item was shipped in a padded envelope but there was no piece of foam to secure the dvd in the box. the box was wrapped under cellophane and intact but the dvd was loose in the box. when i opened the box i noticed that the dvd was badly scratched. i dont figure how it happened but this is simply not acceptable for an item sold as new. i am waiting for your answer. with best regards.
