From a fan: Twas the night before Christmas when all through the house, Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse, Apart from Police who were patrolling all night, Looking for people who might give you a fright! Once back in the office they sat and did sigh, Only five hours of the shift have gone by, We still another four hours to go - Oh why is time moving so very slow? Spending Christmas in work really isnt much fun - Id rather be spending it with my loved ones. Paramedics and Trumpton are both just the same - everyone thinking this shifts just as lame! So when you are nestled all snug in your beds, Whilst visions of sugarplums dance through your heads... Your Emergency Services will keep an eye out, Knowing if needed theyll be given the shout! But until they ARE needed theyll stay out of sight - wishing Merry Christmas! to all - and to all a good night... x
