From a fellow T-Tapper: Well if Teresas birthday and yesterdays big sale wasnt enough inspiration to get back on track with T-Tapp, then todays doctors appointment was. After asking the doctor for one year if I had lymphedema and her always saying that my severe edema was not lymphedema she finally said she thinks I have chronic lymphedema. Theres no cure, according to the medical world. But T-Tapp is the best workout in the world for the lymphatic system!! So Im pulling out every single T-Tapp dvd I own and anxiously awaiting my Senior Fit and More Level 2 and getting back to work! And I see my naturopath on Saturday who I know will have much more hope for me then no cure.
