From a private conversation: _____________________________ Lets keep it simple : the equation is not : --the leaders take over the beliefs and then manipulate them to subjugate the masses according with their agenda-- which it obviously truth but .. but thats also what in fact is the very matter a very simplistic view with little understanding are made of.. The equation is that leaders are there because of beliefs and because of beliefs, (all beliefs), being beliefs separative by their very nature, they use and abuse of a pre-existent belief or they use a belief to create consensus toward an opposite of that belief in order to accomplish their agenda.. I wrote an article about these topics for a conference organized by the united nation in Serbia just few days ago: its futile to point out leaders and oppressors as long as we do not, first of all, inquire in the very ignorance beliefs bring about in the psychology of people, then among their societies.. Even if all leaders disappear (for some mysterious reasons) and beliefs remain there among men.. do you really (really) think that peace among the people of the world will be naturally, automatically and morally established as a sort of psychological and sociological miracle ? This is very simplistic cause people will keep fight and be primitive and tribalistic regardless of leaders or not leaders (thats history, not philosophy).. Some leaders create new beliefs perhaps.. but all leaders are there and have been here and there because beliefs have created and allowed them to take power.. Mind that each belief to be a belief contains the germ of its opposite .. and each opposite contains the disease of its opposite.. Ask yourself a profound question: can the mind, the human mind, live its life with no beliefs at all, no matter of positive ones or crazy ones ? Can the mind live with no conditionings at all so to bring about the psychological progress of intelligence man never had in the last 50.000 years ? Or is this a simplistic observation that goes no where ? We are not here talking about solutions, which is miserable.. We are talking about thinking.. cause belief rises and grows where thinking decays.. A belief, believing, is not reality.. nor intelligence..
