From an agent to a team leader, from a QA to a team leader, from a data analyst to a team leader -- its TRANSITIONING TO A LEADERSHIP ROLE. A lot have been inked about LEADERSHIP but less have been written about how to prepare for this role especially the period of uncertainty during the transition from an ordinary team member to a team leader. Most of the time, leaders are not prepared for the STRESS caused in the transition. The TRANSITIONING TO A LEADERSHIP ROLE TRAINING will better help the individual to manage themselves through the transition while at the same time maximizing their contribution as a new leader. I hope all Leader-Apprentice enrolled in the Leadership Academy has learned a lot from our activity. GO TEAM!
