From another site: (IMHO) N didnt pass. Thats good. M & O didnt pass. Thats bad. We still have 2 Measures against the Developers in the next election. Placerville merchants are scr**ed. The City Council has been forcing the Roundabout issue for 8 years. The Council & the Voters also supported Measure I taxes (which go to the general fund= no control of its use)...10% taxes for *10* years! The Voters are either unaware or dont believe the blatant diseegard for federal, state & local laws that these elected officials are employing. They do NOT represent the masses. The masses just dont understand whats really going on. The question is: How do we get them to see it?
