From brilliant astrologer Robert Hand: As many of you are probably aware, there is a rare event coming in mid-July, an outer planet grand trine in the water signs involving Jupiter, Saturn and Neptune. A few days later Mars passes through it as well. For those of you who do not know the terminology, a grand trine occurs when three planets form an equilateral triangle in the zodiac. You can see that in the zodiacal wheel I have posted with this message. This grand trine is especially interesting because it occurs at a time when there is a move on the part of the Taliban to begin talks with the U.S. about the future of Afghanistan. Trines often signify a coming together. The Taliban is a religiously-oriented military group espousing an extremely conservative form of Islam. This is Saturn-Neptune. The U.S. is the main force behind western liberal democracy and also quite clearly stands for (even if it is not entirely in control of) the principal established order of the world. This is Jupiter and Jupiter-Saturn. Mars coming through a few days later refers both to Taliban, a warrior group, and the Afghan was itself. All of the planetary elements of this possible peace initiative are present in this grand trine. I do not quite dare to make a prediction about the outcome, but this coinciding of the news with these planetary combinations is possibly quite significant.
