From each according to his ability, to each according to his need. This is what socialism gets you, the state trying to teach you to do more with less (while the state and politicians are not doing without) and the society struggles to make due with broken washer motors to power their bikes and create fans because they lack air conditioning. This is not a celebration of innovation, its a tribute to centralized control. If Keynesianism or command economies worked, this place should be a utopia, instead of a cultural throwback shithole testament to what progressive socialism brings, and where innovation isnt smartphones, it is figuring out how to recharge disposable batteries for a 20 year old hearing aid.
