From me: I am asking you for a dollar. Let me tell you why. We have made the difficult decision to leave the both the home and the neighborhood we love. Two abutting properties have been purchased at excruciatingly devalued prices. Most importantly, the occupants of one are ex-felons on probation who regularly require police intervention for domestic violence and code violations. They have targeted us and are threatening. Authorities have been responsive but cannot solve this one. The occupants of the other property are loud, vile and verbally abusive toward each other. There are usually 2-5 trucks parked in their small front yard. (The curb is available should anyone need it.) We intend to use our resources, efforts and creativity to navigate out of this situation.
