From my friend Marian Scirrotto (please share): I contacted USF to ask for clarification of Title IV-E funding. As soon as any child is sheltered, these funds are available for services to BOTH children and their families.The main objective is to decrees the amount of children in Out of Home Care and to promote reunification first and quickly. I was told without a doubt that any services required on a case plan to seek that goal are in fact covered by this funding and NOT out of pocket to the families.
