From my observations there are two main mistakes that many people make in the gym and they are 1. NOT WARMING UP! It is essential that you at least complete a 5 minute jog or do some lunges or light weights to stimulate your body avoiding injury. 2. REPEATING THE SAME WORKOUTS! It is important that you change your routine monthly so your body does not adapt to the same thing affecting growth. Instead shock your body with new exercises to give your muscles a strong tear. Stay Shredded!!!
