From my time with Him.. Its 9:57 am and I am so completely full.. Temptation Is there to rehearse all the struggles of late, but my eyes are on My Great Shepherd, My heavenly connection. All the empty babblings take their place and I ascend as My Shepherd leads.. Oh what an adventurer He is! Far above. How can this be that when everything seems so exhausted, depleted... over...that there He is, My Kind Shepherd, leading me...I am following...Oh my, Kind Shepherd, how refreshing, how still...now I recognize where we are, how giddy I feel, how excited I am to be in this familiar place, away from all the strange, bearing down pressure, away from the weariness of the wilderness. I focus on the stillness, the life giving sustenance that surrounds me here, yes we are again in psalms 23 and My Great Shepherd is bursting to show me more, yes He says: Still waters, and I revel in the stillness. I cut off all the noise in the house, all I can hear is the air conditioner and the refrigerator, very low noises, I sit very still not allowing myself to interfere, keeping it very still and quite, the tears are flowing, emotions rise, but I am in the still place, so I be still. I hear my Shepherd say Go back so I go back, what is He up to? He leads... so I go back to leads... Yes, Hes the one who brought me here, but Hes saying something more... what is it Kind Shepherd?... I understand Ive been here many times and its wonderful, and its refreshing, and I am basking here, I dont want to leave... can there be anything more? Yes, theres a place I have never looked at. Now Kind Shepherd you know that I know what the word beside means. He leads me Beside still waters... but Hes insistent... so I shake myself from the stillness, from the refreshing waters and get my Strongs Concordance dictionary and wonder of wonders I didnt know that it means: to ascend, to come up higher and so many other definitions to lift me .. to cause me to mount up... to cause me .. TO FLY! What an adventure, Kind Shepherd, you always point out exceeding, abundantly, above things I didnt see. Beside Still waters! What a SHEPHERD. WHAT A SAVIOUR!
