Poke each grape with a toothpick - opposite to the end attached to the stem 2. Dip the grape in the yogurt 3. Swirl in chia seeds or Skinny B cereal 4. Set on a cookie sheet or cutting board lined with parchment paper 5. Freeze for 90 minutes 6. Eat right out of the freezer
