From our friends at Lawrence Technological University: CALL FOR PRESENTATIONS: Applied Engineering Statistics Case Studies Smart Manufacturing and Lean Systems Research Group Smart Manufacturing Group’s next workshop is on Applied Engineering Statistics and will be held at LTU on October 15, 2014 where practitioners, faculty and students can present related case studies. You can provide a presentation related on, but not limited to: sampling, statistical distributions, confidence intervals, hypothesis tests, regression analysis, statistical process control (SPC), quality control, analysis of variance (ANOVA), design of experiments (DOE), and Taguchi approach. It is expected that each presentation will have a brief discussion about theory, industry application details, and software application (if any). Your presentation will be published.
