From scratch seafood fried rice and new England duck sauce....easy: stirfry veggies (i did an onion, and broccoli because its what we had) in a little oil and teriyaki (less than a teaspoon of each for three people). Stir fry until cooked through but snappy , then set aside. Mix two eggs with a few drops of sesame oil and soy sauce, then scramble in the pan. Set aside. Coat pan with a light tablespoon of oil, put in cooled rice (any long grain will do) and add a dash of pepper, garlic and ginger, then stirfry for a minute. Add in pre cooked seafood and veggies with another dash of teriyaki, then stirfry for three minutes. Add egg and a few splashes of soysauce (like three tbls) and stirfry another minute. Serve with duck sauce (1c of apple sauce, 1/4c of soy,3/4c water, 1tblspoon garlic, 1tblspoon mustard, 1/3c brown sugar. Cook to boil then cool)
