From the AACo PD... On October 25, 2013 at 10:01 PM, officers from the Northern District responded for a business alarm at Cycle World, 5816 Ritchie Hwy South. Upon arrival, officers observed two subjects entering the business through a broken window. Officers quickly set up a perimeter around the building. Two subjects were seen fleeing from the area on foot. The two suspects who had entered the business attempted to exit from a rear door. One managed to get out and run from the location. Another retreated back into the building. Members of the Special Operations Section and K9 Unit responded to assist. They made entry into the business and conducted a search. One suspect was located hiding in the business. Officers conducted an extensive search of the surrounding neighborhoods with assistance from the Aviation Unit. They were able to locate two additional suspects in close proximity. A 14 year old male from Baltimore was charged with 2nd Degree Burglary, 4th Degree Burglary, Malicious Destruction of Property and Theft under $100 on a juvenile citation A 17 year old male from Baltimore was charged with 2nd Degree Burglary, 4th Degree Burglary and Malicious Destruction of Property on a juvenile citation. A 16 year old male from Baltimore was charged with 2nd Degree Burglary, 4th Degree Burglary and Malicious Destruction of Property on a juvenile citation.
