From the Carroll Co. Office of Public Safety: **Flash Flood Watch in effect until 8:00 p.m. Monday evening** 6/10/13 Heavy rain overnight has saturated the soil across most of the county, particularly along the Route 26 corridor. Additional showers and thunderstorms today will have the potential to lead to small stream and roadway flooding. In addition to the flooding damaging winds and isolated tornadoes are possible. Most of Maryland is in a slight risk for severe thunderstorms by the NOAA NWS Storm Prediction Center.
