From the Mujahideen in Afghanistan to ISIS and ISIL in Syria Saudi Arabia has caused been the sponsor of regime change in Libya and Egypt and has for the last 4 years been largely responsible for most of the troubles in Syria. Now that the czar of state sponsored Islamic terrorism has passed away can his brother who it is alleged is suffering from alzheimers disease be capable of managing the multiple challenging , contradictory and ever changing political landscape that is known as the middle east? How can you call yourself a Muslim whilst being partly responsible for the murder and displacement of millions of fellow Muslims? With most of the senior leadership of the corrupt Saudi regime getting old and incapacitated lets hope events in that country do not turn out to be like those in the former Soviet Union in the early 1980s when Leonid Brezhnev was succeeded by Yuri Andropov, Chernenko and then Mikhail Gorbachev as the former two died in rapid succession due to ill health. I really hope and pray that things would turn out for the better.
