From the Something That Went Right Department -- Agency A urgently needed a form that I gave them last year. They couldnt find it and they need it NOW! I should have a copy of it here, but I tore the house apart and couldnt find it. So I was getting set to go to Agency B where, with luck, they would have the form, get a copy from them and take it over to Agency A. Then it occurred to me to call Agency B and ask them to fax a copy of the form to Agency A. I wasnt sure this would work, because Agency B had no reason to still have the form. But wonder of wonders they had it! And they were nice about the whole thing -- they are faxing a copy to Agency B today. Hooray for modern technology! Hooray for nice helpful people!
