From the World of a Cat: The solar panels are assembled and wired, the battery banks are connected, now to see if this is all going to work. I have been put in charge of all of this today, but the good part of it is that there is a very comfy bed in the same room, sounds like this job isnt going to be that bad. Everything is controlled by the box with the flashing LED numbers on it, if it gets more than 14.5 volts it shuts itself down, if under 11 volts when in use turns itself on. Maybe I can figure out an automatic cat food dish filler upper machine. 17 degrees out there this morning but it is damp and really chilly, felt the air when my human friend went out to start his truck, bbbrrr. The bird survey is about the same, a lot of cardinal couples have been dining in the late afternoon and rabbits both in the late evening and now in the morning. More shelter space has been added with wind breaks under the trailer, all are welcome to share that also.
