From the homily of Rev. Fr. Palarca of the Parish of St. Joseph, Iglesia Filipina Independiente (IFI)....the women were the first bearer of the good news about the Risen Christ. Mary and the other holy women were the first to encounter the Risen One. Thus, the women were the first messengers of Christs Resurrection for the apostles themselves. May the Almighty continue to bless all the women with the grace of the vision for the light and life. Happy Easter everyone!
