From time to time I like to remind myself that, despite any difficulties i have faced or am currently facing, I am incredibly fortunate... I have two amazing children, a roof over my head, and great friends who, even though I dont see often or sometimes not at all, are always there supporting me and showing immense kindness whenever I switch on facebook. Take a moment in your day to remind yourself of what you do have, instead of what you do not, what you have achieved instead of what you have yet to achieve... It may be incredibly difficult and even I often forget to do it, and of course we all need a whinge every now and again, I definitely do! Just remember for every one bad thing there is a good thing that you just havent allowed yourself to acknowledge... have a fabulous day everyone :-)
