Ft. Bliss please share the word! MPs are doing an investigation looking for this vehicle, and the two men in it. Maroon 4 door Sadan, Texas Plates. Driver is a Hispanic male, with medium length hair. Passenger was a white male with long blonde/ gray hair in a pontytail. Both middle aged. They were sitting outside a friends house for a few hours while neighbors kids were out side playing. A neighbor said they were working an a roof next to them earlier in the day but had just been sitting in their car for the last couple hours. They left when they noticed my friend and I watching them. Came outside 20 min later to find them pulling up again. (Mind you this is a dead end street, with little kids still playing outside. When they seen me , the sped off. I chased them to take this photo. Not sure what they were doing, but its not what they should have been doing! Please share and find them!
