Fuji legend, King Wasiu Ayinde Marshall (K1 The Ultimate) held the biggest Fuji-pop concert “K1 Live Unusual” at The Eko Hotel and Suites in Victoria Island, Lagos on friday, November 22. Some of those in attendance were His Excellency Engr Rauf Adesola Aregbesola, the executive Governor of Osun state, Lagos Governor and First Lady of Lagos, Raji Fashola and Abimbola Fashola, Gov Amechi of Rivers state, Chief Kollington Ayinla, Femi Adebayo, Kenny Ogungbe, Tunde Kelani, Chris Jeyibo, Seun Soyinka, ID Ogungbe, Mary Atuyota, Aremo Oniru, Doris Simeon, Kunle Afolayan, Fathia Balogun, Ayo Animashaun, Chris Ihidero, YAW, Toolz, Tunde Ednut, Tee Billz, Toke Makinwa, Teju Baby Face, Sikiratu Sindodo, 9ice, Yaw and loads more! The concert was hosted by Alibaba, with performances by Buchi while 2shotz, Sir Victor Olaiya, Saheed Osupa, Shola Allyson, DNMT, Olamide, 9ice, Sasha P, Muma Gee, Ara and his daughter Honey B. Speaking on the success of the concert, K1 said,” To Go be the glory as we presented our show last night, everything went on smoothly without any hitch and there was no dull moment whatsoever.. From the venue, the prestigious Eko Hotel that housed the Convention Arena, the Sound and lightings were very superb… seating arrangements and Security, supporting personnel that lend hands to various aspect of what makes the Concert. “I will start my APPRECIATION from many good Nigerians that came in their Large numbers to see what we were doing & reason why we Tagged the show “K1 LIVE UNUSUAL & FUJI REDEFINED”. People started arriving the venue HOURS before schedule. The management of that place & security had a herculean task to control the situation & still maintained respect to lots of music fans around and the guests of the hotel. “Worthy of mention were the various Heads of Governments that came out to enjoy themselves too… His Excellency The Governor of Lagos State, BABATUNDE RAJI FASHOLA S.A.N and His Amiable Wife DAME Mrs BIMBOLA EMANUELLA FASHOLA.. Happy Guy “MUKAILA” “Then came the FUJI time with strong-laced PROVERBS from Energetic “ALHAJI SAHEED OSUPA” who always done me with WONDERS… I call him Anobi with his Fantastic Prowers…The Surprise PERFORMER of the day who has double ROYALTY in her blood as a PRINCESS all the way from ENGLAND but born & bred in Lagos NIGERIA who was gifted with Velvet Tone Voice & lady everybody has been waiting for, also my Daughter “DELECTABLE HONEY B” A new Chapter is open in our musical pursuit… Thank you God…The blessing of the day was Special appearance & performance by our Father “PAPA VICTOR OLAIYA” one of the GREAT Names that Footed good Music in this Country.. He came to showcase his love for what they Established & players before us worked on, while we are trying to sustain it and carries it to the next level.. “Then came the moment we were all expecting… The KING of FUJI MUSIC.. K1 De Ultimate.. Thunderous & laud OVATION rented the Hall for the performance of man to whom much is given, for sure Much is expected….
