Full Service Restoration studio is looking for people that are interested in the Art of restoration of wood, metal, marble and other media just like on the show American Restoration. We have a opening for someone that can be a good right hand man/woman. I keep a well organized and clean work environment so people that cannot respect a nice shop should not apply. You will be asked to help in the restoration of furniture, both wood and upholstery. You will accompany me on jobs in peoples homes so polite and respectful people are very welcome. A lot of the work I do is in the hospitality industry so if you find yourself to busy to come to work everyday, then I would please ask you to not apply. Compensation for this job is paid with hard earned American Dollars so pay is negotiable based on your experience and what you bring to the table. Experience is welcome. I will be open to training, teaching and mentoring a student interested in the art of restoration. I ran this ad and hired what I thought was a great fit. What I got was a guy that worked a couple weeks, drove here on a suspended license, had a DUI, put himself in rehab and is now serving time. I am looking for someone with good values and principles to fill this position. I have no tolerance for stupid so please be honest with yourself and me, only then, we will get along.
