Fuming... came home after 7 hours of driving around, High School orientation, errands, Bronson asks for Pizza.....ordered Dominos via web at 6pm and waited... theyre 3 minutes away ... waited... called 3 times, was put on hold immediately. Finally, at 8:25 got pissed and drove directly to the store... was ignored for a bit, store was empty.. told clerk Id like to speak to a manager, Im a bit upset..he laughs and says, hej Pedro , theres a lady here whos upset... they giggle and laugh... I tell Pedro what happened- he checks and tells me the order was canceled because the driver said the gate was closed and she tried calling but nobody answered. We had the gate wide open the whole time, kept the dogs inside, had lights on, so driver could get in. No apologies, he says not true, I say Now youre calling me a liar, weve been waiting outside so the driver would be able to get in easily and we wouldnt miss him/her ...he, Pedro ,gets loud, obnoxious, the others are snickering, laughing - no apology,nothing to make amends, customer SERVICE, re-do the order, nothing professional, helpful, instead, unprofessional, arrogant, mysogenic responses.
