Fun morning at work. 2 chefs, one stove, we served: Red wine braised beef shortribs, charred baby eggplant with basil, green beans and chanterelle with thyme and white wine, tandoori potatoes, kale and carrot slaw with housemade mayonaise, sweet potato samosa, pork and lentil samosa. We also baked: Fresh sour cherry(pitting those was “fun”) almond muffins, blueberry lemon cake, flourless dark chocolate cake.
