Fundamentally flawed article, the system is not in denial over racism, the system IS racist. Judge was carrying out the racist policy embedded into justice system - they did their job perfectly in the eyes of the state. A state that is happy to let people die in the Mediterranean will never easily or willingly provide justice - justice can be hard fought for and won by a movement.
