Funeral route: Deputy Norris casket will be loaded onto the horse drawn caisson around 12:45 p.m. at Memorial Chapel and the procession will leave around 1 p.m. It will go around the courthouse and down Lee Street to the Monroe Regional Medical Complex (old Walmart). The public is welcome to line the sidewalks to show respect. At the old Walmart, the casket will be loaded into a hearse for the rest of the ride to the Georgia Public Safety Training Center. Funeral begins at 2 p.m. The first funeral procession is expected to arrive in Cullodens city cemetery at 3:45 p.m. and the family is scheduled to arrive around 4:30 p.m. for the graveside service.
