Funny I have been talking to a women who raised bees for over 30 years..she really enlightened me...the male bees job is to mate with the Queen and the female bees do all of the work..they are VERY organized and each has a role in taking care of the hive, queen, gathering the pollen, putting it where it must go..BUT if one female bee is not doing her part she is KICKED out of the hive..hhmm.. us women could learn so much from the bees...one of my elders has been teaching me the role of the women and how important it is for the women to work together once again.....no back stabbing, gossip or jealousy - the worst thing that destroys people. bbw
