Funny. I have never publicly bashed my previous company. I feel like I left on very good terms. The truth is I dont do what I do to become rich or have an over abundance of wealth. This is my income. This is how I provide for my family. I was with a company called Vitel Wireless, at Vitel Wireless in just a few months I was able to create an income of nearly $5000 per month. Pretty decent income for someone doing this very part time. Vitel took a turn for the worse and Merged with a company called Shopping Sherlock. We were all migrated to the company. I was given a top position in the company because of my efforts and success with Vitel. I was told I would be making around $10K per month. You would not believe how excited I was. The whole trip home after getting this news was like a dream. Well, it was a dream. Nothing went as expected. The concept of Shopping Sherlock is to give away a free app that helps people save time and money. As people use it, we get paid. Pretty cool concept. Plus build a team of people to do the same thing. Awesome. The Sherlock was paying around $1.50 a month per active customer so I could really see how this would eventually pay off. Well, my first month with Sherlock I made a whopping $200... Pretty far cry from $10k. I realized it was all a dream. So I decided to buckle down and really work my business. I was putting in 7-10 people a week with my previous company, surely I could do that here. Took me over 2 months to sponsor my first person. People just didnt understand the concept. So I was in a pickle. I knew if me being the recruiter I was couldnt recruit, then my team was going to struggle. Struggle they did. I saw people who were making $25K a month go to $4k per month, people who were making $15K per month go to $900 a month. People who were making $1500 a month go to ZERO. I continued to plug away. Over the course of 10 months the leadership approached the CEO numerous times about getting something more attractive, lowering the price point. Anything we could think of to start growing by the masses. After all everyone loves something for FREE right. Wrong I had one of my top people come to me and say Noal, I have over 1200 customers and I am only making about $6 per month WOW people were not even using her FREE product. 10 months went by and I did not even come close to making that $10k per month, let alone more that $600 per month. I was getting paid every Friday. Really everything came to light when my house caught fire. My house burned to the ground in March. I stepped back for about two months to take care of things at home. I started noticing so many people not making money. I was so caught up in the hype of things, my own team was suffering. I started looking for something else. I would surely be abandoning my team if I stayed there. I shelled through a few companies compensation plans, marketing systems, and overall leadership. July 1st I planted my flag with a new company. That company is Brain Abundance. I have already seen people on our team make money who have NEVER made money before. The attraction marketing is there, and the leadership is there. One of my team members is #2 on the world wide leader board. Pretty Impressive. So please before you judge me for leaving my previous company, understand, I have a family to provide for.
