Funny and Awkward moments in life I was once at private gathering in London where the Lagos state governor was suppose to give a presentation, he couldnt make it thus he sent the deputy governor last minute. It was time for her to be introduced when we realised nobody knew her name, google failed us and technology disappointed us and the only hard copy of the program has been misplaced by my famous married friend who was chatting up a model back stage i think.....lol...I know Even the beauty queen present did not know her name The question came up, Who will go for us? Suddenly, everyone looked at me while I stepped up like a man, its time to take one for the team as adjusted my blazer as I thought of what my mother will say if she finds out (My mother is a proud Lagosian to the bones) Heads high, shoulders lifted as I worked through the chairs, pot belly was in the way but I tucked it in when i noticed the Ethiopian ambassador starring at something, The Malawian president smiled as I almost or stepped on her.
