Funny fact 1... During the passport inspection at Slovenia-Croatia boarder, the Croatian police asked the name of my father... When I tell them, they did not understand and asked me to write it down.. Luckily, my fathers name is not that long.. Anyway I do not understand, what information they can track with my fathers name.. My father has almost zero digital footprint.... Later, our taxi driver said that Croatian Police always ask for their fathers name after any kind of inquiries like traffic rule violations... It seems like they had no clue on how to process our Sri Lankan Passports... So, they followed their basic instincts and ask the name of my father... However, it is not that bad, since they did not even ask to get down from the car.. But they were running here and there for 5-6 minutes before stamping our passports....
